The LendFriend Story
LendFriend Mortgage was founded by brothers Eric and Mike Bernstein with a clear goal: make mortgage financing easier to understand, more responsive, and better aligned with each borrower’s income, assets, goals, and circumstances.
Based in Austin and serving clients across 17 states, LendFriend helps borrowers secure financing for every stage of homeownership, from buying a first home or relocating to purchasing a larger home or investment property. We work with W-2 employees, self-employed borrowers, and high-net-worth clients through conventional, VA, jumbo, and non-QM loan programs, with particular expertise in financial scenarios traditional banks may struggle to approve.
